Q：How do I confirm, change, or cancel a reservation?
A：Please call us if you make a reservation by phone, or visit our website if you make a reservation through our website.
Q：What are the cancellation fees?
A：100% of the room charge will be charged if no notice is given, 80% on the day of cancellation, and 20% on the day before.In addition to the above, 10% will be charged for reservations of 10 or more people with 2 days' notice.
Q：If I want to make a reservation but the room is full, can I be placed on a waiting list?
A：We are sorry, but we do not accept waiting lists.
