平素より名鉄イン名古屋錦をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、当ホテルの給湯設備が故障し、現在、全客室にてお湯をご利用いただけない状況となっております。
〇現在の状況
影響範囲：全客室のお風呂、シャワー、洗面、ウォシュレットのお湯
〇故障状況
給湯器の主要部品の故障により、現在、専門業者による復旧作業を鋭意進めておりますが、部品調達の遅れなどにより、現時点での復旧の目途が立っておりません。
〇温浴施設の案内
近隣の温浴施設をご利用して領収書を当ホテルへお持ちいただければ、ご利用料金を返金させていただきます。

Thank you for your reservation of Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki.
We are sorry to announce that our hotel's water heater malfunctioned, and hot water is currently unavailable in all guest rooms.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to guests who were looking forward to staying with us.
〇Current Status
Affected Area: Hot water in baths, showers, sinks, and washlets in all guest rooms
〇Fault Status
Due to a malfunction in a major component of the water heater, we are currently working diligently with specialists to restore service. However, due to delays in parts procurement, we currently have no estimate for when service will be restored.
〇Hot Spring Facility Information
If you use a nearby hot spring facility and bring your receipt to our hotel, we will refund your usage fee.
〇If you wish to cancel your stay
In light of this situation, if you would like to cancel or reschedule your stay, we will do so without charge.
